Religion: Christian, Baptist to be specific.
Location: Selma, AL
Occupation: Still a student, also novelist.
Languages Spoken: English, some Khuzdul and Sindarin ;)
Looking for: Somebody to talk to, a friend, anything, really.
E-mail Address: I can be reached at email@example.com
Do you want new livejournal friends?: I don't mind, though there's nothing in my journal yet.
Hobbies/Interests: Writing, reading, fandom-ing. I play the violin rather poorly at present but intend to improve. Art, cooking, drawing...really, I'm interested in most things even if they aren't my actual hobbies.
Music: A huge variety that includes a lot of movie soundtracks.
Books: anything Tolkien or Charles Dickens. Harry Potter, Sherlock Holmes, The Name of the Wind, Ranger's Apprentice, Divergent, lots more.
TV: Doctor Who, Fullmetal Alchemist, Full Metal Panic!, Sherlock, Merlin, Covert Affairs, Criminal Minds, White Collar, Spice and Wolf, sometimes Downton Abbey
Movies: pretty much anything by Disney! How to Train Your Dragon, Studio Ghibli, The Last Samurai, The Bourne series, Mission Impossible, Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit, The Lego Movie, Harry Potter
How many penpals do you have?: unless my Facebook friends from other states count, none yet.
How many pen pals do you want?: As many as actually want to talk to me.
How long are your letters?: As long as you like. I do better replying to things for a while, but once we've gotten to know each other more I can be chatty enough to irritate a little.
Do you hand-write or type?: Either one! My own handwriting can be awful sometimes, so I do understand if you'd rather type.
What age would you like your pen pal to be?: At least around seventeen or eighteen, but I don't care how much older.
Would you like them to be male or female?: either
Where would you like them to be from: It doesn't matter to me :D
Other: I can be a bit odd for the first couple of replies, and would prefer to be written first- otherwise I'll never work up the nerve to write- and I also like to send small gifts to my friends, usually crocheted hats or scarves, or drawings if you wouldn't object to my doing so.
Mostly I've just been a bit lonely and would love to have letters in the mailbox for once :)
